About

Since 1916, the Junior League of Racine has been a driving force behind the kinds of initiatives that make our community a better place to live. The core of our mission is advancing women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

The Junior League was established as a platform for women to cultivate leadership skills and make a community impact. From the onset, new members are connected with like-minded women, fostering networks at community placements, events, conferences, and trainings. This immediate integration into a network of influential changemakers is the true benefit of The Junior League.

As a result of this work, The Junior League—and the more than 125,000 women in over 298 communities in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, and Kenya who comprise its ranks—has amassed an archive of tangible results and a reputation as thoughtful and influential change agents dedicated to the public good.
